Threw them in on a cold wash and they came out noticeably softer, genuinely surprised by how much one wash changed the feel. They do ship stiff though, so don't skip that first wash.
Been wearing the Carbon to the gym for weeks, moves well, doesn't cling, and dries faster than any gym short I've owned.
Put them on and didn't want to take them off. Light wrinkles during all-day wear, but that's real linen.
Texas summer in linen just makes more sense than anything synthetic. Actually breathes and doesn't trap heat. Wish they came in a 7", but the 5" isn't too bad.
